Pan-seared sea bass with ravioli Florentine and corn, tomato ragout sauce. The accompanying Bread and mini-muffin was palatable but nothing special and would have been better served with a decent grade butter than the whipped nonsense that came with it. Pan-seared sea scallops with corn cake and raspberry wasabi mustard, cherry pomegranate habanero sauce. Keith is an outstanding server and ensures our order is done to perfection. It was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. French onion soup, baked potato and bone-in ribeye Always a wonderful meal. The food is always great. The main course was their featured 6oz filet of aged beef which was ordered on the rare side of medium rare. We will not be dining here in the future. Appearance: Brilliant silver straw in color; Aroma: Apple blossom, ripe pear and sweet lemon drop are complemented by toasty oak, spice and cream; Flavor: Bright juicy flavors of ripe apple and pear. The meal itself was mediocre and not what would be expected from a respected Steak house. All in all, it's a nice place to eat, but a bit over priced for the food and service you receive. The initial steak came out very well done. Food was good. We dine there almost every month and it's always great friendly attentive service, steaks are delicious and atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Reservation on time. The food was wonderful and the service was great. Prime rib was excellent. Our waiter Matt was friendly but not attentive to our table. Waiter was very professional and knowledgeable! Grilled pork chop with blue cheese Yukon mashed potato and roasted pineapple habanero sauce. Finish with your choice of: applewood bacon, butter, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, roasted garlic, chives, candied pecans, brown sugar. Appearance: Deep purple color with a ruby red hue; Aroma: Ripe blackberry with hints of milk chocolate and oak barrel spice; Flavor: Juicy concentrated blackberry fruit with good texture and fleshy round tannins. Highly recommend for fine dining!! Ordered the French Onion soup starter and found it to be extremely rich and overpowering. Ming was a great server. Garlic herb-marinated grilled airline chicken breast with spinach risotto and wild mushroom Rosa Regale cream sauce. Enjoyed our filets and chocolate cake for dessert. Desserts are outstanding and large servings. I also really enjoy the shrimp and scallops and grits here. Pan-seared salmon with jasmine rice pilaf, tomato tapenade, lobster meat and leek cream sauce. I would not recommend their premiere dishes. By far the best food ever. I was impressed by the steak. Restaurant was clean and not very crowded. We ate in the bar in a booth because our favorite server was there that evening. I visited two days in a row. Needed a road trip and a steak dinner after being home 4 months. Very nice experience my wife and I down from Chicago to golf play and eat. Beef medallions, wild mushroom brandy cream sauce with roasted garlic Yukon mashed potatoes. Examples include 10 plus minutes to bring our drinks and the bread arrived literally 30 seconds prior to our meal which took about 35 minutes to arrive. Beef medallion, wild mushroom and brandy cream sauce, asparagus. We eat here any time we are in Horseshoe Tunica. Felt rushed out. Sunday night dinner May 31st was perfect- thank you all. The accompanying baked potato was nicely presented with a flight of add-on's including that whipped stuff, sour cream and bacon. We come down every year and never a disappointment. Thick sliced Beefsteak tomatoes with fresh mozzarella cheese, balsamic vinegar glaze. Only complaint was the waiter did not offer us dessert. Petite filet Dianne with asparagus, beef short rib with garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and natural pan gravy, lamb chop with potatoes hash and rosemary-mint demi-glaze. Highly recommended!! Iceberg lettuce, crumbled bleu cheese, applewood smoked bacon, sweet red onions, tomato, house bleu cheese dressing. Corn flour-breaded oysters with citrus herb Parmesan butter sauce. Baby spinach, pomegranate, sweet red onion, cherry tomato, feta cheese, roasted pine nuts, dried cranberry and pomegranate vinaigrette. They then made another attempt to cook a medium steak, but this time it came out rare. By then I was done with my mediocre meal, when her well done steak came back out. This is our second time eating at Jack Binion's different locations. Excellent service, food was great. Pan-seared jumbo lump crab with remoulade sauce and fresh citrus relish. It was tender but that was expected from the cut. I am glad that I ordered this rather than their more expensive plates and I will avoid this restaurant in future visits. Fettuccine pasta, sea bass, lobster meat, shrimp, cherry tomato, cipollini onion Vermouth saffron cream sauce, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Corn flour-breaded green tomatoes served with corn and cucumber relish and ravigote sauce. I've had better for less.

She was brisk and attentive and our drinks and bread arrived within minutes of us being seated. I might revisit again. The atmosphere was just perfect and the service was excellent. The food and service were excellent, as always. Braised beef short rib with garlic Yukon Gold mashed potato and natural pan gravy. Love to eat in this restaurant and we plan to return next time we are in Tunica. It was served warm rather than hot and the cheese had begun to set firm. Totally fishy and disgusting. She ordered a filet to be cooked to a medium temperature. My wife and I expected more from this steakhouse. The servers practiced safety while serving. Food was very mediocre and fish was the worst tasting fish I have ever eaten. Put the steak back on the grill again, with this attempt being well done again. Roasted pomegranate marinated rack of lamb with roasted potatoes hash rosemary-mint demi-glaze. JBPR beef is our own brand, hand-cut and hand-selected. Service was great. Date night was fabulos. Terry is a wonderful server with a great personality and attention to detail. Service was horrible. Every thing was perfect, was even surprised with a 12 layer cake, our waiter was beyond phenomenal. Fried quail with sweet potato blinis and Cajun sausage cream sauce. I found the lobster bisque to be just average although my husband's french onion soup was delicious! Fantastic service great food great night - the staff under these conditions where amazing. Day 2 the meal and the waitress was much better.
